Supporting Our Vets
We know that “home” has a special meaning for military families. That’s why we’re honored to have the opportunity to help service members and vets across the country purchase their dream homes.
Our organization is also committed to hiring veterans and their immediate family members. Over 70% of our current employees have served or have an immediate family member that has served. As we look forward, our commitment to veterans remains critical to who we are and how we do business. We thank you for your service to our country.

Understanding Your Benefits
VA Home Loan Eligibility
In order to obtain a VA home loan, you must first get a VA Home Loan Certificate of Eligibility (COE). Veterans, active duty personnel, guard and reserve members and military spouses may qualify for this certificate. To learn more about the eligibility requirements, check out the basic eligibility guidelines below:
Veterans: The largest class of eligible borrowers is veterans. A veteran must have served at least 90-days of continuous service during wartime, or served 181 days of active service during peacetime and will need to provide evidence of their military discharge with form DD-214, and the discharge must be read as an “honorable, under honorable conditions or general.”
Active Duty Personnel: Those who are currently serving in any branch of the Armed Forces may qualify by showing evidence of at least 90-days of continuous service during wartime, or 181 days of active service during peacetime.
Guard and Reserve Members: Current National Guard and Armed Forces Reserve members with at least six years of service are also eligible for the VA home loan benefit.
Surviving Spouses: If you are the spouse of a service member who has died in the line of duty or as a result of a service-related disability you may be eligible for the VA home loan program.
